Returns & Exchanges

At The Wardrobe, we are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order; please note that we do not accept any returns.

We do facilitate exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase but you must present the invoice to be eligible. If the product you received is faulty in terms of its quality or workmanship, we may offer you a conditional exchange in the form of store credit for future purchases. Please be sure to inform us within 7 days in order to be considered for an exchange. Once you have submitted your query, our Quality Assurance Department will review your case and provide a solution.

Please note that customized orders or orders where a discount code has been applied are not eligible for a return, refund, or chargeback.
